Amelia M. Krahe, Valedictorian, is the daughter of William Krahe and Lynn Mistretta of Scarborough. During her time at McAuley, Krahe served as Class Vice-President and was a member of the National Honor Society, Ambassadors Club and Yearbook Staff (Editor). She was the recipient of the Maine Principal's Association Award and the Dartmouth Book Award. Krahe will continue her education at the Catholic University of America in the fall.



Margaret R. Cruz, Salutatorian, is the daughter of John and Catherine Cruz of South Portland. While at McAuley, Cruz participated in Varsity Basketball, Cross Country and Softball, was Senior Class President and a member of the National Honor Society. Cruz, who received the College of the Holy Cross Book Award, will study Pre-Pharmacy at the University of Connecticut.



Mary Julia Haverty is the daughter of Mary Margaret Haverty of Portland. During her time at McAuley, Haverty was a member of the School's Tennis Team, Key Club, Ambassadors Club, both the National Honor Society and French Honor Society, and received the Rensselaer Medal from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She will study Architectural Engineering at Pennsylvania State University.



Victoria A. McAllister is the daughter of Charles and Patricia McAllister of Portland. While at McAuley, McAllister served as Cheering Captain, Student Council Vice President and Junior Class Vice President. In addition to receiving the Smith College Book Award and the University of Rochester George Eastman Young Leaders Award, McAllister was a member of the National Honor Society and worked at a veterinary clinic. She will attend the Catholic University of America in the fall.



Lauren E. Fecteau is the daughter of James Fecteau and Eileen Doyle of Portland. During her four years at McAuley, Fecteau was active with the Indoor and Outdoor Track Teams and the Cross Country Team. In addition, Fecteau was a member of the National Honor Society, Key Club, Newspaper Club, and was honored with the Harvard Book Award and the University of Rochester Frederick Douglass and Susan B. Anthony Award. She will study Journalism at Gonzaga University.



Kathryn M. McManus is the daughter of Edward and Margaret McManus of Bowdoin. At McAuley, McManus was a member of the School's National Honor Society, Mock Trial Team, Ambassadors Club and Campus Ministry, and served as Lacrosse Manager and Yearbook Editor. In addition, McManus was the recipient of the Phi Beta Kappa Association of Maine Award. She will continue her education in the fall, studying Marketing / International Business at Xavier University.



Olivia K. Locke is the daughter of Norman and Patricia Locke of South Portland. During her four years at McAuley, Locke was a member of the National Honor Society, Varsity Club, Key Club and participated in both Field Hockey and Lacrosse. She was also honored with the University of Miami Book Award. In the fall, Locke will study Accounting and Management at Bentley University.



Samantha L. Dedian is the daughter of Thomas and Cheryl Dedian of Scarborough. As a McAuley student, Dedian was a member of Student Government, the Drama Club, Key Club, Ambassadors Club and the National Honor Society. She was part of Maine's All-State Chorus group, received the St. Lawrence University Book Award, as well as the Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizen Award, and participated in Lacrosse. Dedian will attend Drew University, where she will study Theater Arts with a Teacher Certification concentration.



Iole K. Heikkinen is the daughter of Iole Heikkinen of Wells. While at McAuley, Heikkinen was a member of the National Honor Society, the Drama Club, Speech and Debate, Mock Trial and the Spanish Club. She was the recipient of the Williams College Book Award and was a Discovery Quest Program Delegate (Acadia University). Heikkinen will study Political Science at Franklin Pierce University in the fall.



Natalie K. Stone is the daughter of Deborah Roberts of Kennebunk. As a McAuley student, Stone was a member of the School's Key Club, Social Action Club, the National Honor Society and French Honor Society. In addition to serving as Captain for both the Varsity Field Hockey and Lacrosse Teams, she was honored with the St. Michael's College Book Award. Stone will study Education and Speech Therapy at Merrimack College.
